Meet Alina
Hey there, I’m Alina! I’ve been homesteading since 2017, the same year I gave birth to my second son. Today my husband and I have grown our family (currently expecting our 4th child!), our homesteading/gardening experience (through a lot hard-learned lessons lol), and our love for living as self-sufficiently as possible.
A mentor once told us, “One day, if you don’t grow it, you won’t have it.” And that really stuck with us. While not full-on preppers lol, we do enjoy knowing that we could survive and thrive from our own property – if needed. Having the skills and know-how that come from this lifestyle allow us a level of comfort that we were searching for as urbanites living in an HOA community prior to moving to our homestead.
Today, I love helping others learn (while avoiding the mistakes we made along the way lol) the skills, tips, and hacks to help them have successful homesteads and gardens – whatever that looks like to them!
